Returns Policy

We want you to feel beautiful in your new dress, so if it's not 100% perfect, we're here to help! For whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a store credit will be issued for all eligible returns within 14 days in original condition. Under the Consumer Right, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault with a product.

How to return my online item

1. Check that you meet the return criteria

For any returns enquiries please email online@bariano.co.uk we will endeavour to provide you with a response within 48 hours, Monday-Friday (GMT+1).

 

Returns will be processed within 5 business day upon receiving in our warehouse.

 

Return conditions

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, not altered with all tags and labels attached (including buttons, straps, buttons, belts, removable sleeve/belts).

 

Online order cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate any order changes once an online order has been placed, please contact customer care via email online@bariano.co.uk with the subject line as ' URGENT and order number'

 

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any order changes and no monetary refunds will be issued, in this instance a store credit will be provided.

 

Online

We understand purchasing online can be difficult at times, and our customer care team is here to make the process as seamless as possible provide you with a flawless fit.

 

The cost of return shipping with be the responsibility of the customer, unless deemed faulty by the customer care team.

 

Bariano reserves the right to refuse the return of an item that does not meet the above criteria. In the event of this, the item will be returned to the sender at their cost.

 

Non-returnable Item

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: gift cards, special orders, custom orders, final sale/outlet items, adhesives/intimate wear, jewellery and headwear.

  

Fabrications

Customers should be aware that when purchasing garments with beading sequin embellishments and glitter, that these could from time to time fall off. This should not be treated as a fault as this fabric is advertised in the listing. Should have any questions about fabrics and care contact us on online@bariano.co.uk.

The onus is on the customer to care for the product after it has been purchased, given that some fabrics may require extra care when handling and storing including lace, fine beading, satin, chiffon, jacquards, sequin.

  

Colour

The colour displayed on the website may vary on different screens when compared to the original product. External factors such as flash photography may affect the colour, hence we strive to accurately represent the colour of the garment within our studio images. If you are still unsure, please get in touch with our customer care, as a refund request will not be accepted for this reason.

Some garments have alternate colour selection, if you are unsure on hoe to select the colour, please get in touch with customer care. Incorrect colour or size selection is not considered a fault.

To help you determine the best size for you, we recommend that you compare your measurements with those listed below. These size charts should be used as a guide only. 

Sizing differs between brands and fabrications, please read the listing carefully.

Faulty

It is at the discretion of the manufacturer if an item is deemed faulty which will guide if we will be able to provide a refund.

 

Promo

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item in original condition for a store credit. This includes VIP subscriptions welcome discount and seasonal promotions.
